I'm Gourav Kumar Dhiman, a Full-Stack AI Engineer working across backend systems, DevOps, AI features, and full-stack product delivery. I focus on APIs, queues, auth, cloud services, and user-facing flows that need reliable engineering behind them.
My current work includes latency reduction, WebSocket status updates, GitLab CI/CD, Docker-based delivery, SSR/SSG performance work, AI recommendations, background workers, and RAG chatbots. AI Ticket Assistant helps support teams process tickets through an event-driven backend. It uses Gemini to summarize tickets, estimate priority, draft moderator notes, extract related skills, assign matching moderators, and send email alerts with Inngest.

totion is a Go-based terminal note vault built with Bubble Tea, Bubbles, and Lip Gloss. It creates a local note directory, supports keyboard-driven note creation, listing, editing, and saving, and keeps the whole experience inside a focused terminal UI.

Impact: Built a keyboard-first local note tool as a systems-style Go project.

True Feedback lets users create a private feedback link, receive anonymous messages, and manage responses from an authenticated dashboard. I built the full product flow, including account setup, validation, message intake, moderation controls, and a responsive interface.
